Bob Parrish (C 1/5 Cav 1970-71) and his wife, Muriel.  This is what old Scottish Highlanders do after they retire from the military:  Bob is a member of the Scottish-American Military Society, a veterans' organization that provides color guards--in kilts--for Highland Games, parades, and other activities.  (He may have watched "Braveheart" once too often.)
