I served in Vietnam with HHC 1/5 CAV from Oct 23, 67 to Oct 23, 68.

I took this color slide of LTC Robert Leslie Runkle, BN-CO 1/5, on April 3, 1968 at LZ STUD the day before his death. This was the beginning of the 5th Cav's participation in Operation Pegasus.
